The latest release of the BrainCheck platform offers a number of new features and improvements. The platform now includes additional behavioral and cognitive screening tools, remote access to cognitive care management protocols, and more.
Additional Screening Tools
Behavioral and cognitive screeners are essential tools for the early detection of cognitive concerns. Adding to the screening tools currently available within the BrainCheck platform, this update adds several new screeners, including an ADHD screener and an Opioid-Use screener.
In addition to new screening tools, we’ve also updated their organization within the Screeners menu (previously called the “Toolkit”). Test administrators can now find the screening tools organized by type.
Cognitive Care Planning Remote Protocols
This update also includes two new global protocols to support remote cognitive care planning. Providers can now assign the patient and caregiver portions of BrainCheck’s cognitive care planning features from the protocols menu.
For patients, the protocol includes a standard battery, GDS, GAD-7, and the clock-drawing test. The caregiver profile includes the caregiver profile survey.

Additional Updates
Along with new screening tools and remote cognitive care planning, this update also features a few smaller changes.
These smaller changes can be found in the designs of some of the screening tools. These have been updated with cleaner layouts more consistent with the rest of our current platform.
